The box looked like it had been shredded when it arrived. You could see inside the box, no side was sealed anymore, which was unacceptable. Strangely enough though, the truck wasn\'t damaged at all, only a couple of bolts were missing. I called the company and they overnighted the missing pieces to me. I was very impressed by the customer service I received. Haven\'t given the truck to my son yet, so no news on the actual item as of yet.

I purchased this dump truck for my grandson\'s 5th birthday, due to his love of construction equipment! It is colorful and gives an audible backing up signal that he just loves. It is roomy enough to give his friends rides and was a big hit.
